Live, Laugh, Bone is a limited-run fan project centered around the Papysans and Sanspapy ships of various AUs. It features work from a team of 20 artists. By placing an order through our store, you understand and acknowledge that:
- Orders for July/August 2025: All listings on our storefront are preorder items. Production will begin immediately after preorders close and will take an estimated 1-3 months. We aim to ship anywhere from October to November 2025, though we will inform customers of any delays. Please check our social media for production updates.
- Orders for November/December 2025: While we aim to ship packages as we receive orders, we may not send out packages until the end of the leftover sale period. IF YOU ARE IN CANADA, please be aware that ongoing strikes may make immediate order fulfillment to be impossible. In the event of a full Canada Post strike, we will wait to send your package until the strike activities are over.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Physical fanzine and merch:
Live, Laugh, Bone will replace/refund:
- Orders that did not arrive due to our negligence (e.g., the address on the postal label does not match the address provided by the customer).
- Missing items from your order.
Live, Laugh, Bone will not be responsible for replacing / refunding:
- Lost packages due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
- Orders shipped to the wrong address if an address change was not requested by the time the fullfillment process began.
- Damaged items during shipment through the postal service (e.g., packages bent to fit into a mailbox, left in the rain, other mishandlings by the carrier).
Digital fanzine and merch:
For any digital content, all sales are final. No exchanges or refunds are permitted except with respect to guaranties that cannot be excluded or limited by law. If you have any issue with downloading the file or have some other concern, please reach out to us using our Contact form.

- Will this fanzine or the merchandise be available for purchase at a later date?
After preorder and contributor fulfillment, we will reopen our store for leftover sales. However, there will be limited stock and some items from preorders might not be relisted. - Where are you shipping from?
Live, Laugh, Bone will be shipped from California in the United States of America. - Do you ship internationally?
Yes. However, please take note of the following:
- Live, Laugh, Bone is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur. This includes custom fees, taxes, and VAT. You as the customer are solely responsible to pay for these if they are required by your mailing services.
- Shipping to certain countries may be greatly delayed or impossible due to certain suspensions in place. Please check the USPS site and our shipping vendor's FAQ for details. Note that we are unable to accommodate shipping to Russia, Ukraine, Palestine, or Israel.
- If you have any concerns or questions, please feel free to contact us. - How will your project handle taxes and other fees?

FOR PREORDERS:
We aim to ship physical orders anywhere from October to November 2025 and we will inform customers of any delays. Please check our social media for production updates. You will be sent an e-mail with tracking information once your order is ready to be shipped.
FOR LEFTOVERS:
While we aim to ship packages as we receive orders, we may not send out packages until the end of the leftover sale period. Yes! As long as you reside in the USA or one of the listed countries, you will have tracked shipping! If you reside in another country, your package will have tracking up until the point it leaves the USA's borders. - Can I update my shipping address?
Yes, you may change your shipping address until the fulfillment process begins. Please use our Contact Us form or send an e-mail to [email protected] with your order number and updated address. If you need to change your shipping address after the fulfillment process begins, please feel free to contact us, though we cannot guarantee that we can apply changes. - Can I cancel my order/request a refund?
If you need to cancel your order, you must do so before the preorder period ends. For full terms of service, please read our Returns and Exchanges policies above. - How do I claim a digital copy of the zine?
We will release a publicly available, free digital copy of the fanzine through our social media accounts at a later date. Those who purchase a physical copy of the zine will have access to the digital copy before the general public as a thank you. - Can you guarantee delivery before 2026?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery for any date. While we are aiming for a release in 2025, production and supply chain issues may cause delays.
